How Hiring Writing Services Works:

1 Start - Please contact us by email or online form for a initial consultation of the writing services you need.

2 Consultation & Discovery - We work with our clients by phone, email and fax. We'll ask a series of discovery questions that helps us to understand your writing needs ... and, then we listen. Next, we try to clarify the focus and key objectives of your project. Our goal in the discovery process is to listen to you, your ideas and what you want from your writing project.

3 Proposal & Definition- This proposal will define in contractual detail, your writing requirements based on the discovery meeting. The contract will contain the important milestones, scheduled completion date and fixed bid costs for developing your writing project. You will know up front what your costs will be so there will be no surprises.

4 Hire Us - After you've signed the contract and returned it to us by fax or snail mail, and after you've made a verified payment for the initial deposit, the creative writing begins.

5 First Draft - You will be asked to review the first draft of your project's copy, giving you the opportunity to be completely aware and involved in the creative writing decisions.

6 We are Flexible - We realize that changes will be necessary as the writing project develops. We happily give you one revision opportunity to make changes to your project's first draft copy. If changes occur that significantly affect the scope of the proposal, we will bring them to your attention for your approval before additional charges are applied. Significant changes by you could result in additional fees.

7 Satisfaction - We will deliver your final writing copy to you when the final payment is received and verified.

We do charge additional "rush fees" of at least 25% of total project cost for jobs with deadlines of 48 hours or less, and at least 50% for jobs assigned on Thursday/Friday and due on Monday/Tuesday.

Killed the project for any reason after completion of the writing, and the writer is entitled to full payment of agreed-upon fee.

If project is killed during the writing stage, writer is entitled to full payment of all hours invested up to that point.

All fees quoted include one round of revisions. Additional revisions will be charged at our hourly rate.

Will you work on speculation or on a commission basis? No, and please don’t send us unsolicited attachments in the email because we will delete them without opening them. We receive a lot of spam and and as a result don't accept attachments we didn't ask for.
